Back Pain Relief System
  • The stimulator will not turn on.
    Check the battery - be sure it is firmly in place.  Change the battery if necessary.

  • The stimulator turns on and then off quickly.
    Replace the battery.

  • The stimulator is on, but there is no stimulation.
    Check the snap cables for breakage.  If broken, replace.

  • The stimulator is on, but there is no stimulation.
    Make sure the snap cables are securley snapped onto the support belt and into the stimulator socket.

  • The display is frozen in P3-mode 15 MIN and the lock icon appears.
    The following steps will reset the unit to normal function:
    • With unit off, press and hold down the TIME button.
    • With the TIME button pressed, turn the unit on.
    • Press the UP arrow once to turn the "LOCK ICON" off.
    • Turn unit off.
    • Press and hold the UP arrow button while turning the unit on.

  • The stimulator has a new 9-volt battery, but will not turn on.

  • How many aroma drops do I need to put in per use?
    Dispense 2-5 drops into the water after each refill

  • Can I use other oils other than the one provided by Medisana?
    No, the use of other oils may damage the unit and will void the warranty

  • How long is the warranty?
    1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Will the unit turn itself off automatically?
    Yes, the unit's shutoff feature ensures that the fan nebulizer are automatically switched off when the water reservoir is empty.

  • How long will the unit run when full?
    Setting level 1 when filled will last approx 9 continuous hours and on setting 2 for 7 continuous hours.

  • Unit will not turn on?
    Make sure that the wall outlet is plugged in and the adapter pin is inserted in completely

  • Can I put the unit in the dishwasher to clean?
    No, the unit should be hand cleaned with a mild detergent and cloth.
